Established in 2020 by Jeffrey David West, with a single goal in mind. To create the highest quality single family development resort ever created in the beautiful Colorado River Tri-State area.

The Colorado River area consists of Needles, CA, Mojave Valley, AZ, Lake Havasu City, AZ, Bullhead City, AZ. & Laughlin, NV. It is also known as the Tri-State Area. There are approximately 2.5 million visitors to Laughlin, NV, and 2.5 million visitors to Lake Havasu, AZ. per year.

RiverLux Resort is a private residential planned community in Needles, CA conveniently located downstream approximately 27 miles south of Laughlin, NV. and 30 miles north of Lake Havasu City, AZ.

The proposed gated residential community is comprised of two residential neighborhoods, 1.14 acres of commercial property, access to 18-hole golf course, approximately 500 feet from Colorado River, parks, and exclusive the use of two boat launch ramps.

This community will offer splendid views from your luxury glass-paneled single-family home and some homes will have views overlooking acres of the golf course and/or water view. These distinctive characteristics set this resort apart from its nearby competitors.
